// extensive use of cameras and screens, broadcasting live feedback mixed with pre-recorded material - to convey the oppressive presence of Jago’s gaze throughout the whole tragedy

// emphasis on the upsetting and unforgivable nature of Othello’s violence toward Desdemona - to condemn the idea that jealousy is a good enough reason to claim ownership over someone else’s life
